Product Details: 409 stainless steel is a ferritic stainless steel commonly used in machinery, construction and other engineering. 410 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, machinability, general purpose blades, valves. 420 stainless steel has certain wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and has high hardness. 430 stainless steel is a general-purpose steel with good corrosion resistance. Its thermal conductivity is better than that of austenite, its coefficient of thermal expansion is smaller than that of austenite, it is resistant to thermal fatigue, and it is added with stabilizing element titanium, so the mechanical properties of the weld are good.

Applictaion: Grade 409 stainless steel usually used as automobile exhaust pipe.410 stainless steel general usd as blades, mechanical parts, tableware class 1 (spoon, fork, knife, etc.). 420 stainless steel is suitable for all kinds of precision machinery, bearings, electrical appliances, equipment, instruments, meters, transportation tools, household appliances and food tableware, stainless steel hospital equipment, etc. 430 stainless steel is used for architectural decoration, fuel burner parts, household appliances, and home appliance parts.

Inspection: Strict inspection is from raw materials to finished product. Eddy Current Testing before packaging is must. Unqualified products will be destroyed. Third party inspection is accepted.

Package: Wooven bags, plywood box, wooden box, plastic cap on both ends, or customized. Standard export sea-worthy packaging, inner waterproof paper with outer iron packaging which is fixed on a fumigated woodenpallet. It can effectively protect products from corrosion and various climate changes during ocean transportation.
