Product Details: Invar36 Invar alloy steel, commonly known as Nilo® 36 or UNS K93600 low-expansion iron-Nickel Alloy. It is composed of iron (Fe) and nickel (Ni), of which the content of nickel is about 36%.

Applictaion: These properties make Alloy 36 (Invar36) material of particular importance to the aircraft and aerospace industry, military and defense, telecommunications industry, machine shop and tool alloys used in the manufacture of solar panels for the solar industry. Leveling rods made of Alloy 36 (Invar36) are also used in land surveying for high precision high level leveling. Alloy 36 (Invar36) is a nickel steel alloy available in rod, sheet, coil and plate.

Inspection: Strict inspection is from raw materials to finished product. Eddy Current Testing before packaging is must. We have advanced testing and production equipment, including eddy current flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, high pressure water pressure testing machine, and imported German spectrometer. Unqualified products will be destroyed. Third party inspection is accepted.

Package: Wooven bags, plywood box, wooden box, plastic cap on both ends, or customized. Standard export sea-worthy packaging, inner waterproof paper with outer iron packaging which is fixed on a fumigated woodenpallet. It can effectively protect products from corrosion and various climate changes during ocean transportation.
